Depesh founded the Facebook advertising agency SM Commerce to help startups and SMEs find and sustain growth, combing core marketing principles and creativity with platform expertise. His success with Facebook advertising over the years has been recognised by Facebook directly where he has contributed to the product roadmap with the US team, speaking engagements at Facebook business events and he continues to provide value to the Facebook community through meet ups and online communities.

His first website AB test was in 2003 split testing 2 variants sequentially over a period of time and analysing web server log files, way before the explosive growth of CRO as a discipline. CRO and UX still remain core strands of his work to this day. Depesh also provides mentorship for startups at Seedcamp, contributes regularly to marketing communities in the UK and US whilst pivoting this all around enjoying the energy, laughter and unpredictability of his 4 children.

One of Britain’s best known political pollsters, Joe Twyman is Head of Political and Social Research at YouGov and was a founding director of the company back in 2000. Prior to leading the Political and Social Research Team, Joe held a variety of senior positions within the company and was responsible for building the company’s online research operations.
